Our Shipping Commitment

1. Standard Delivery

  • Lead Time: 3-5 working days.

  • Service Level: Kerbside delivery only. For health and safety reasons, our drivers are not permitted to enter your premises, unpack goods, or position equipment.

  • Delivery Process: Goods will be safely unloaded at the nearest accessible point to your entrance.

  • Important Note: If you are expecting heavy or multiple items, please ensure you have adequate assistance on-site to move the goods to your desired internal location.

2. Free Delivery Threshold

  • Orders over £500: Qualify for FREE 3-5 day standard delivery.

  • Orders under £500: A delivery charge will be calculated and shown before you place your order, based on the products in your basket and the delivery address.

  • Exclusions: Free delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands. For these regions, specific rates will be shown during checkout before payment.

3. Next-Day Delivery

  • Pricing: Starts from £14.95 (inc. VAT).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM for next-working-day delivery.

  • Schedule: Deliveries take place on working days only. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) will be dispatched for delivery on Tuesday.

4. Delivery Requirements

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and access details are correct when placing your order.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information, missed appointments, or access issues, additional redelivery charges may apply.

5. Inspecting Your Order

  • Check on Arrival: Please inspect your goods on arrival and sign for them accordingly.

  • Reporting Window: Any damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Disclaimer: Claims made outside of this 24-hour window cannot be accepted due to courier insurance restrictions.
