If you believe your product is not working properly, please report the problem using the form on this page. Your product is covered by a 12-month parts warranty, as per the terms you accepted at the time of purchase.
Some items are not covered under warranty:
Damaged and/or broken glass is not covered.
Gas filling in refrigerated equipment is not covered.
Consumable parts, including light bulbs, batteries, and oil, are not covered.
Class B products are heavily discounted and do not come with a warranty and may not include essential parts.
Faults can also be caused by improper use or installation of the machine. Most suspected faults are due to user use, installation, or misunderstanding, so we strongly recommend that you inspect the product to ensure the fault is indeed with the product itself and is still under warranty.
Parts Warranty Claim Only The parts warranty only allows you to hire a qualified engineer (at your own expense) to assess the problem. After the assessment, you must send us a complete engineer's report (on company letterhead, PDF format) with relevant photos within 30 days of the fault report. We will then forward the report to the product manufacturer. Any warranty claim that does not include a qualified engineer's report and relevant photographs will be rejected.
Please note that the following will result in the rejection of any warranty claim:
Abuse
Site issues (e.g., room temperature/ventilation/location)
Failure to clean or maintain the product as instructed
Incorrect, poor quality, or defective installation/reassembly
Poor drainage or drainage system malfunction
Poor service quality or malfunctions (e.g., utility)
Physical damage
Damage/blockage caused by foreign objects
Malfunctions caused by inferior products/detergents, etc.
Failure to follow the instructions provided with the product
